What is free?
- Before purchase
- Write your story, review and edit the lyric draft, and hear a 40-second music preview. No subscription or payment details are needed for this step.
- If you buy
- Pay USD 9.90 once through PayPal for one song gift. Taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Verified payment unlocks the full audio, download and gift page with your photo, note and lyrics.
- Gift hosting
- At least 12 months from the first verified payment, subject to the purchase terms. Download the audio for your own records.
- If you pass
- No payment is taken. The complete recording, full download and shareable gift link remain locked.
The free preview is an excerpt of your song, not a free full-song download. Generation is subject to service availability and usage limits; it is not an unlimited retry service. See everything included in the price.
From story to first listen.
- Tell us who it is for. Add the occasion, your relationship and a memory. Try the free story worksheet if you need a starting point.
- Read the lyrics. Check names, facts and tone. Edit the words before approving them for music; changing lyrics after recording requires a new recording.
- Hear the preview. AI creates the vocals and music. Listen before deciding whether to purchase. Most songs are ready in a few minutes, but there is no guaranteed delivery time.
- Keep and give it. If you buy, verified payment unlocks the full song and gift link. Add your photo and note, keep the emailed link, and download the audio.
Does it sound like them?
Listen for the recipient’s name, whether the singer’s tone fits your relationship, and whether the story details sound natural when sung. A funny line can land differently in a recording than it does on paper.
A preview helps you judge the sound, but it does not let you evaluate every moment of the full recording. Review the complete lyric draft before generation and listen to the full song after purchase before giving it.
The public birthday sample is a 40-second AI recording based on a fictional story. It shows the format, not a customer order or a promise that your song will sound identical.

Can I make a song gift for under USD 10?
A Little Song’s listed price is USD 9.90 for one song gift, with no subscription. You hear the preview first. Taxes, if any, are shown at checkout, so check the total before paying.
Do I need an account or a credit card to preview?
No account or payment details are required to start creating and hearing a preview. Keep using the same browser for your draft. Paid orders can be recovered using the purchase email through Find my order.
Is a real person singing my song?
No. DeepSeek drafts the lyrics, and Kie.ai (Suno) generates vocals and music from the words you approve. This is an AI song gift service, not a human musician commission.
What happens if the name sounds wrong?
Check spelling and add pronunciation guidance before generation. Each paid gift includes one free correction of a mispronounced recipient name. Contact support with your order ID. A change of musical taste is handled differently from a technical failure; read the refund and correction policy.
Can the recipient open the gift without signing up?
Yes. Anyone with the complete gift link can open the purchased gift without an account. The link is not access-controlled by recipient identity, so share it only with people you choose.
Start with a small memory.
A birthday, an anniversary, or a thank-you. Choose something they will recognize.
