To write a song about someone, we need the story you tell us. This notice explains exactly what we collect, who else sees it, how long we keep it, and how to get it deleted.

We do not ask for your postal address, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your story or song to train our own models.
We keep the list short and specific. These providers act on our instructions:

We also share data if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim. If we ever sell or transfer the business, your data may transfer with it, and we will tell you before that happens.
Our providers may process data outside the country you live in, including in the United States and the European Union. Where that happens we rely on the providers' contractual safeguards and standard data-protection clauses. Because a song needs the story, that content leaves our server when generation runs — if you are not comfortable with that, please do not submit the story.
We use one essential session cookie to keep you connected to your draft and to your order files. It expires after seven days; clearing it may lock you out of an order in progress. Your chosen site language is kept in your browser's local storage. Nothing else is stored, and there are no advertising or analytics cookies to consent to.

If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we will — see section 8.
You may ask us to:
Email support@mycustomsonggift.top with the request and your order ID. We respond within 30 days and do not charge for it. We may ask one or two questions to confirm the order is yours, so that we do not delete someone else's song. If we cannot meet the deadline we will tell you why. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to your local data-protection authority.
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Files are stored in private storage and served through signed, time-limited access. Provider credentials stay on the server and are never sent to your browser. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive information you would not want processed — health details, government identifiers, financial account numbers, or anything about a child.
A gift page is visible to anyone who has the full link, which is the point of a gift. Gift pages are marked not to be indexed by search engines, and they are not listed anywhere. Share the link only with the person the song is for.
The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
We update this notice when the service or our providers change. The date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we will post a notice on the site or email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
