These terms form the agreement between you and us when you order a personalised song from A Little Song. They are written to be read, not to hide things. Please read them before you pay.
A Little Song is operated by Hailin Huang, an individual seller based in Shanghai, China. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean that seller, and "you" means the person ordering or using the service.
You can reach us at support@mycustomsonggift.top. We aim to reply within two business days.
You tell us about a person and a memory. We use artificial intelligence to draft lyrics from your story, you read and edit those lyrics, and we then generate a vocal song from the lyrics you approved. Finally we deliver a private gift page containing the song, an audio download, your photograph and your dedication.
The site may offer several languages and occasions. The features described at checkout are the features you are buying.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. The service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly accept orders from anyone under 18.
If you order a song about someone else, you confirm that you have their permission to share the memories, photograph and personal details you give us.
You keep ownership of the story, photograph, dedication and any lyrics you write. So that we can actually produce and deliver your song, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, transmit, process and display that content, and to send the parts needed for production to the service providers listed in our Privacy Notice. That licence exists only to run the service; it ends when you delete the content or ask us to, except for copies we must keep for legal, tax or dispute reasons.
When you upload or submit content, you confirm that:
You see the full lyric draft before any music is made, and you must check it: names, dates, relationships, pronouns, places and pronunciation. Changing lyrics after recording means a new recording, which may not be possible on the same order.
AI generation is unpredictable. We do not guarantee a particular voice, accent, tempo, length, genre or emotional result, and we do not guarantee that the finished song is unique or free of resemblance to existing works. We do not promise any exclusive copyright in AI-generated output, and we do not imitate named artists.
We may refuse, stop or refund an order that asks for impersonation, hateful content, sexual content involving minors, or anything else unlawful.
One song gift costs USD 9.90, charged once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay; any applicable tax or currency conversion is shown before you confirm.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Waffo. We receive an order reference, the amount, the currency and the payment status. We never receive or store your full card number or bank details.
Your payment is taken when you confirm the order, and that is also the moment we start generating.
We normally deliver within 10 minutes of payment confirmation. Busy periods, provider queues or a failed generation can extend that. If your song has not been delivered within 24 hours, you may ask for a full refund and we will provide it.
Delivery means a gift page link plus an audio download. Anyone who has the gift page link can open it, so treat it as private and share it only with the person the song is for.

How to request a refund. Email support@mycustomsonggift.top within 14 days of payment, quoting your order ID (it is on your confirmation). Include a short description if something went wrong with the song. We reply within three business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Nothing in this section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.
Personal use is included. You may download the audio, play it for the recipient, keep it, share the gift page with family and friends, post it on social media, and play it at a private celebration.
Commercial use needs our written permission. That includes advertising, monetised videos or channels, client work, broadcasting, and resale of any kind. Write to us with what you have in mind and we will tell you the terms.
You may not resell the song as a stock or catalogue item, register it as a human performance, present it as recorded by a named singer, or claim that a real artist performed it.
This section summarises the rules. The full policy — the six prohibited categories, how requests and songs are reviewed, how to report content, our response times and our enforcement steps — is our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We acknowledge every report and finish our assessment within the times set out in section 6 of the Acceptable Use Policy: four hours for a credible threat to someone's safety, one business day for explicit or violent content, and up to five business days for everything else. Reports of a credible threat, or of sexual content involving minors, are acted on immediately, ahead of any other work.
Accounts that repeatedly submit prohibited content are closed. If you are not satisfied with how a report was handled, you may escalate it under section 16.
The site, the brand, the visual design, the question flow, the prompts, the code and the sample recordings belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, scrape or reuse them. The example song on our site is illustrative and may not be redistributed.
Producing a song relies on other companies: language-model and music-generation providers, our hosting and storage provider, and our payment provider. Those services have their own terms, and an outage or policy change on their side can affect your order. If that happens we will retry, or refund you under section 8. Our current providers are listed in the Privacy Notice.
We may add, change or remove features, and we may take the service offline briefly for maintenance. If we withdraw a paid feature you have already paid for and have not received, you get a refund. Material changes that affect existing orders will be announced on the site or by email.
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is": we do not warrant that every song will meet your expectations, since music is subjective and AI output varies.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any right that cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may cancel an order and refund you if the content breaches section 10, if we cannot verify a payment, or if we are required to by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law — continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. If something goes wrong, email us first and we will try to resolve it in good faith within 30 days. If we cannot, the dispute will be decided by the courts with jurisdiction at our place of business in Shanghai, China, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim in your own country of residence.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the current version, and the previous version stays available on request. For material changes we will give notice on the site or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you paid.
