Refund Policy
You hear the song before you pay. Create the lyrics, review them and listen to a real preview. Pay USD 9.90 once only if you want to keep the full song. If a verified payment does not unlock what you were promised, we fix it or refund it.
Before you pay
Read and edit the lyrics, check names, relationships, places and facts, and add a pronunciation hint if one is needed. Listen to the preview before deciding to buy. The preview is a 40-second excerpt, so it shows you the voice, melody and pronunciation before payment.
Payment did not unlock your song
A confirmed payment unlocks the completed song, the gift page and the audio download. If the payment is verified but access does not open, email support with the order ID. We will repair access or unlock the order manually. If we cannot provide a working song and gift page, we will refund the purchase in full to the original payment method.
The audio is faulty
If the delivered file is corrupt, cuts out or cannot be played on a current browser or device, tell us the order ID and what happens. We will provide a working replacement. If we cannot deliver a playable song, we will refund the purchase in full.
A name sounds wrong
Every paid song gift includes one free correction of an incorrectly pronounced recipient name. Email support with the order ID, the affected line and how the name should sound. A correction can require a new AI recording, so the performance may differ from the original. New story details, a different recipient or a change of musical taste are outside this included correction. If we cannot correct the submitted name, we will offer a full refund for that gift.
The song is not to my taste
Music preferences guide the AI but do not guarantee a particular performance. You can edit the lyrics before recording and hear the preview before paying, so a change of taste after delivery does not create an additional contractual refund entitlement. This does not reduce any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or conformity rights available to you.
Duplicate or unauthorised charge
If you see a duplicate or unauthorised charge, contact support promptly with the order ID and the payment reference from Waffo or Waffo Pancake. Do not send card numbers. We will check our records and refund any duplicate charge we confirm was taken by us.
Gift hosting
Paid gift hosting is included for at least 12 months after the first verified payment, except where you request deletion, the payment is refunded or reversed, or the content breaches our acceptable-use rules or the law. If we discontinue hosting early for another reason, we will offer a working migration or a full refund. A refunded or reversed gift loses hosted access.
Your right to withdraw
Because the song and gift page are delivered immediately after verified payment, you consent at checkout to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once they are unlocked, to the extent the law allows. This does not affect your remedies for a technical failure, a mispronounced name we cannot correct, or any right that cannot be waived.
How to request help
Email support@mycustomsonggift.top with the order ID, the payment reference if relevant, and a short description of the problem. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days. Refunds we approve are initiated to the original payment method within five business days; the provider or bank controls when the credit appears. We do not charge a fee for an approved refund. Nothing on this page reduces any mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.
