These terms govern your use of A Little Song and any purchase you make through it. The price, what is included and the purchase terms are shown on this page and at checkout.

By creating an order or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read and agree to these terms, and that you agree to our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1.Who we are

A Little Song is operated by Hailin Huang, an individual seller based in Shanghai, China. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean that seller, and "you" means the person ordering or using the service.

You can reach us at support@mycustomsonggift.top. We aim to reply within two business days.

2.What we provide

We provide an online tool that drafts lyrics from your story, lets you review and edit those lyrics, and generates AI vocals and music from the lyrics you approve. When the song is complete you can hear a preview, then pay to unlock the full audio download and prepare a shareable gift page with a photograph and dedication. This is a digital service; no physical goods or human singer are included.

You can create and hear a preview before you choose to pay. The preview is a 40-second excerpt. Payment unlocks the full song, the gift page and the download for the order you already created. See current service availability.

3.Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. The service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly accept orders from anyone under 18.

If you order a song about someone else, you confirm that you have their permission to share the memories, photograph and personal details you give us.

You do not need an account. Your order is linked to a private browser session; keep your order ID and the email you use at checkout so you can find a paid order later.

4.Your content and the permission you give us

You keep ownership of the story, photograph, dedication and any lyrics you write. So that we can actually produce and deliver your song, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, transmit, process and display that content, and to send the parts needed for production to the service providers listed in our Privacy Notice. That licence exists only to run the service; it ends when you delete the content or ask us to, except for copies we must keep for legal, tax or dispute reasons.

When you upload or submit content, you confirm that:

• you own it or have the permission needed to use it;
• you are not submitting someone else's copyrighted lyrics or music;
• you are not asking us to imitate the voice, likeness or style of a named artist;
• you have consent for any personal information about another person;
• it is not unlawful, defamatory, harassing or sexually explicit.

Data, privacy and security. Our Privacy Notice explains what we collect, how we use and store it, who processes it, and your rights. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on our servers. Traffic is encrypted in transit, and private files are stored in private storage.

5.Lyrics review, and the limits of AI

You see the full lyric draft before any music is made, and you must check it: names, dates, relationships, pronouns, places and pronunciation. Changing lyrics after recording means a new recording, which may not be possible on the same order. Please contact support before retrying a failed or uncertain task.

AI generation is unpredictable. We do not guarantee a particular voice, accent, tempo, length, genre or emotional result, and we do not guarantee that the finished song is unique or free of resemblance to existing works. We do not promise any exclusive copyright in AI-generated output, and we do not imitate named artists.

We may refuse or stop a request that asks for impersonation, hateful content, sexual content involving minors, or anything else unlawful.

6.Price and payment

The price is USD 9.90 per song gift, one time, with no subscription. The total shown at checkout includes any applicable taxes. We may change the price for future orders, but never after you have paid.

Payments are processed by Waffo. If Waffo Pancake is offered at checkout, Waffo Pancake processes that payment and is identified on the receipt. We never ask you to send money outside the website. Your full song, gift link and download unlock only after our server verifies the payment.

Card details are entered on the payment provider's checkout, handled under that provider's PCI-DSS obligations, and never stored on our servers.

The sequence is: tell your story, read and edit the lyrics, approve music generation, hear the preview, then decide whether to purchase. Payment unlocks the completed song; it does not start a new recording. If you choose not to buy, you still keep your preview and draft.

7.Delivery and paid-service terms

7.1 Delivery

Most songs are ready within a few minutes, but generation can take longer at busy times and we do not guarantee a delivery deadline. If you need the gift for a fixed date, start early and download the audio when it is ready.

For a completed paid order, the output is a private gift page link plus the full audio download. Anyone who has the gift page link can open it, so treat it as private and share it only with the person the song is for.

7.2 What a purchase includes

These rules apply to every paid order. Purchase terms version: 2026-10-19.2.

• Preview before payment. Review and edit the lyrics before music generation, then hear the song excerpt before deciding to buy. A purchase is optional. Payment is available only after a song has completed generation.
• One payment for one completed song gift. The price is USD 9.90, with no subscription. Applicable taxes and the final total appear before payment. The gift includes full audio download, lyrics, a photograph, a dedication and a shareable gift page.
• Unlock after payment verification. Verified payment immediately authorises access to the already completed full song and gift tools. It does not start the initial recording. A pending, cancelled or failed payment does not unlock access. A delayed email does not prevent access from the order page.
• Technical failures. If verified payment does not unlock the completed song, or the delivered audio is corrupt or cannot be played, contact support with your order ID. We will investigate and repair access or replace the faulty file. If we cannot provide a working song and gift link, we will refund the affected purchase in full to the original payment method.
• One name-pronunciation correction. One free correction for an incorrectly pronounced submitted recipient name is included per paid song gift. Send the order ID, affected line and a clear pronunciation guide. A correction can require a new AI recording, so the performance may differ. New story details, a different recipient or a change of musical taste are outside this included correction. If we cannot correct the submitted name, we will offer a full refund for that gift.
• At least 12 months of gift hosting. The gift page and its audio will remain available for at least 12 months from the first verified payment, unless you request deletion, the purchase is refunded or reversed, or the content violates our acceptable-use rules or the law. Download the audio for your own copy. If we discontinue hosting before the included period for a reason unrelated to these exceptions, we will offer migration of the working gift or a full refund. Continued hosting beyond the included period is not guaranteed; there is no automatic renewal charge.

Generation time before purchase varies; a recording deadline is not guaranteed. The 12-month hosting period begins with the first verified payment and is not restarted by a repeated notification or a correction. See the refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8.Refunds and cancellation

If a verified payment does not unlock the completed song, or the delivered audio is corrupt or cannot be played, contact support with your order ID. We will repair access, replace the file, or refund the purchase in full if we cannot provide a working song and gift link.

Check spelling and use the pronunciation hint before recording. Report a mispronounced name, mismatched lyric or playback failure with the order ID and the affected line. Every paid gift includes one free correction of a mispronounced recipient name. A request for a different musical mood is a preference change, not a delivery failure.

The rules for technical failures, name pronunciation and hosting are set out in section 7.2 and the refund policy.

Right to withdraw. Because the song and gift page are delivered immediately after verified payment, you consent at checkout to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once they are unlocked, to the extent the law allows. This does not affect your remedies for a technical failure, a mispronounced name we cannot correct, or any right that cannot be waived.

Nothing in this section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.

8.1 Billing disputes

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact support@mycustomsonggift.top with your order ID before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We will acknowledge your message within two business days and resolve a confirmed billing error within five business days.

9.What you may do with your song

Your delivered song. To the extent we hold rights in the song and lyrics we deliver for your order, we assign those rights to you for the uses permitted in this section. This does not create copyright where the law does not grant it, and does not override any third-party model terms described in section 12.

Personal use is included. You may download the audio, play it for the recipient, keep it, share the gift page with family and friends, post it on social media, and play it at a private celebration.

Commercial use needs our written permission. That includes advertising, monetised videos or channels, client work, broadcasting, and resale of any kind. Write to us with what you have in mind and we will tell you the terms.

You may not resell the song as a stock or catalogue item, register it as a human performance, present it as recorded by a named singer, or claim that a real artist performed it.

10.Acceptable use

This section summarises the rules. The full policy — the six prohibited categories, how requests and songs are reviewed, how to report content, our response times and our enforcement steps — is our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree not to use the service to create or share content that:

• impersonates a real person or artist, or uses their voice or likeness without permission;
• harasses, threatens, defames or bullies anyone;
• sexualises minors, or depicts non-consensual sexual content;
• promotes hatred or violence against a group or individual;
• infringes copyright, trademark or other rights;
• contains malware, or attempts to break, scrape or overload the service.

10.1 How we review what is generated

Every order passes three checkpoints:

• Before generation. The story and lyric draft are screened by automated filters. Content rejected by these checks is not sent to the music provider. You may contact support if you believe a rejection was mistaken. If a paid order is refused for this reason, we refund it.
• Before music is made. You read and edit the lyrics yourself, and every edit is screened again. This is where a name, a joke or a line that crosses a line is easiest to catch.
• After delivery. Songs are delivered to a private gift page that search engines are asked not to index. We do not listen to every finished song before it is shared, so reports are how we catch what filters and review miss.

10.2 How to report content

If you see a song, lyric, dedication or photo on this service that breaks the rules above, tell us:

• Email support@mycustomsonggift.top with “Content report” in the subject line.
• Include the gift link or order ID if you have it, what you saw, and why you believe it is prohibited. If the content is about you, say so.
• You do not need an account to report, and you may report anonymously. If you would like a reply, include a way to reach you.

We acknowledge every report and finish our assessment within the times set out in section 6 of the Acceptable Use Policy: four hours for a credible threat to someone's safety, one business day for explicit or violent content, and up to five business days for everything else. Reports of a credible threat, or of sexual content involving minors, are acted on immediately, ahead of any other work.

10.3 What happens after a report

• We check the report against the order record and inspect the content ourselves.
• If it breaks these terms, we may remove or disable the gift page and its downloads, cancel any pending generation, refuse further orders from the account, suspend or close the account, and refund affected orders where that is the fair outcome.
• We keep a record of the report and the action taken, and we tell the reporter the outcome where we can do so without disclosing another person's data.
• If we decide no rule was broken, the person who made the song may reply and ask us to look again.
• Content involving sexual abuse of minors, credible threats or fraud is preserved and reported to the relevant authorities.

Accounts that repeatedly submit prohibited content are closed. If you are not satisfied with how a report was handled, you may escalate it under section 16.

11.Our intellectual property

The site, the brand, the visual design, the question flow, the prompts, the code and the sample recordings belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, scrape or reuse them. The example song on our site is illustrative and may not be redistributed.

12.Third-party services

Producing a song relies on other companies. Lyrics are drafted with DeepSeek; music and vocals are generated with Kie.ai (Suno); hosting, storage and the database are provided by Cloudflare; and payments are processed by Waffo. If Waffo Pancake is offered at checkout, Waffo Pancake is the payment processor for that transaction. These services have their own terms, and an outage or policy change on their side can affect your order. If something fails, contact support before submitting another generation. Our current providers are listed in the Privacy Notice.

13.Availability and changes to the service

We may add, change or remove features and take the service offline for maintenance. We will announce material changes on the site or by email. Paid orders keep the remedies described in section 7.2 and the refund policy.

14.Disclaimer and liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is": we do not warrant that every song will meet your expectations, since music is subjective and AI output varies.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any right that cannot be excluded by law.

15.Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time and contact support to request deletion of your submitted content. We may cancel an order if the content breaches section 10 or if we are required to by law, and we refund any affected paid order. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law — continue to apply.

16.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. If something goes wrong, email us first and we will try to resolve it in good faith within 30 days. If we cannot, the dispute will be decided by the courts with jurisdiction at our place of business in Shanghai, China, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim in your own country of residence.

17.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the current version, and the previous version stays available on request. For material changes we will give notice on the site or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. A paid order is governed by the terms accepted for that transaction.
